Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by a hosting provider. Inquiry and contact forms

Using our forms, you can send inquiries about business travel and longer stays. We process the data you provide: the desired holiday apartment, arrival and departure dates, number of guests, reason for travel, first name, last name, email address, phone number and message, as well as technical details such as the page the inquiry came from, the referring website and UTM parameters. In addition, we store the date of submission and the processing status of the inquiry.

The data is used exclusively to process your inquiry and is stored in our database. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b or lit. f GDPR.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to process your inquiry and no statutory retention obligations apply. For early deletion, simply contact us (see “Data controller”).

No cookies and no tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not set cookies for this purpose. Your behaviour is not tracked across websites.

Google Fonts

This website loads fonts (Google Fonts) from servers of Google outside the European Union. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR; our interest is a consistent and appealing presentation of the website.

External content: 360° tours (Immoviewer)

Some apartment pages offer virtual 360° tours provided via the Immoviewer service. When you open a tour, data (including your IP address) is transmitted to and processed on the servers of Immoviewer. Content from their servers is loaded only when you click on the tour.

Our website links to external offers, in particular the distribution platform “Die Warnemünder” and official tourism-related pages (e.g. ROSTOCK PORT and the Rostock & Warnemünde tourism portal). By clicking these links you leave our website; the respective providers are responsible for data processing on the target pages.
